Return Policy

For returns, please email sales@addicore.com. We accept returns within 20 days of receipt (for International orders, 35 days from shipment date). We are happy to help you out, so please email if you have any issues.

Unopened items - full refund, shipping paid by customer

Opened, unused product - partial refund (up to 20% re-testing and re-stocking fee), shipping paid by customer, all components of product must be returned

Defective or damaged product - full refund, shipping paid by Addicore
