  • Orders of $40 or more within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) provide the option for free shipping
    • Fill your cart with items that total $40 or more, after discounts, and then select Free Shipping! from the PLEASE SELECT SHIPPING drop down menu at checkout
    • Custom kits are not eligible for free shipping
Same-Day Shipping
  • USPS orders placed before noon Pacific Time, Monday through Friday will ship same day
    • With USPS shipments, the post office may not process the package until the following day
    • Orders placed after noon Pacific Time on Friday will ship on the following Monday
  • Orders placed on a postal holiday will ship the following shipping day (check with your desired shipping carrier about which days are postal holidays)

International Orders
  • We ship to international locations except for countries embargoed by the United States government, which includes Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria
    • If your location is not available in the shipping options on the shopping cart or checkout page then please contact us to ask us to add your location to our available options
  • International shipments may incur additional fees such as taxes and duties, which are the buyer's responsibility
  • International shipments may take extra transit time due to customs clearing
  • Please note that due to COVID-19 related postal shipping delays, your international package may take additional time to arrive

Tracking Numbers
  • All orders shipped via any of the available shipping methods include tracking numbers that will be sent to you once the order has been processed and shipped
    • Tracking status information may not update immediately in regards to actual timing of tracking status events

Order Notifications
  • After placing your order you will receive the following two emails:
    • Order confirmation - Confirms your order and includes a list of the items ordered. Review the information and make sure everything is correct. If something is wrong contact us at sales@addicore.com. You can also change quantities or cancel items in your order.
    • Shipment Notice - Informs you once your order is shipped and includes tracking information

USPS Arrival Estimates
(Please note that due to COVID-19, transit times may be delayed beyond the estimates below)
  • USPS First Class orders will usually arrive in 2-6 days
  • USPS Priority orders will usually arrive in 2-3 days
  • USPS International orders are estimated at 2-4 weeks for most destinations
